Lost Mode — zone-based alerts that protect privacy
When a pet goes missing, Petiva broadcasts an alert to a selected area — without exposing the owner's home address or direct contact information.
How Lost Mode protects privacy
- Your home address is never shown. Only the general area/zone is shared.
- Your phone number and email are masked. Sighting reports come through Petiva.
- You can close Lost Mode at any time — the alert is removed immediately.
- Sightings can be submitted anonymously by community members.
